Open outdoor yard installs during frozen-ground months follow an extended timeline due to frost-depth anchoring requirements.

A "72-hour shipping" claim that doesn't say what it covers isn't much of a guarantee. Here's exactly what ours does and doesn't include.

What does the 72-hour cantilever shipping guarantee cover?

The clock starts when your order is confirmed and your site is verified ready (clear floor space, any required permits in hand). From there, standard in-stock cantilever configurations — indoor or covered-yard installs within the Twin Cities metro — are delivered and installed within 72 hours.

Outside the metro but still within our 200-mile service radius, standard configurations remain eligible, though delivery may run slightly longer depending on distance from Minneapolis.

Does the 72-hour guarantee apply to outdoor cantilever installs in winter?

Not automatically, and we want to be upfront about why. Outdoor cantilever bases need footings set below Minnesota's frost line, and during winter months the ground is often frozen deep enough that excavation takes longer — sometimes requiring specialized equipment — and poured concrete needs extended cure time in cold temperatures. Promising the same 72-hour window for an open-yard install in January that we'd offer in July would mean overselling a guarantee we can't reliably keep.

Indoor and covered-yard installs aren't affected by any of this and stay on the standard 72-hour timeline year-round.

What's excluded from the 72-hour shipping window?

• Custom outdoor yard systems requiring engineered frost footings beyond standard depth
• Non-standard finishes or arm/column configurations outside our stocked range
• Open outdoor installs scheduled during peak frozen-ground conditions (typically December through February, weather-dependent)
• Delivery beyond our standard Twin Cities metro radius, which may extend the timeline slightly

A real example: indoor raw-stock replacement
