Where are you located?
All materials ship from our warehouse in Venus, Texas. Venus is located 25 miles southwest of downtown Dallas. From Highway 287, take the Lonestar Road exit and head west 1 mile.
Why do you only sell to dealers and distributors?
Material handling equipment dealers and distributors employ teams of sales professionals, engineers, and installers, all of which provide tremendous value to their end-user customers. We recognize the time, attention, and personnel it requires to service end-user accounts. Our objective is to support dealers and distributors by providing cost-effective, quick ship pallet rack products that help get their projects completed on time and under budget.
Do you carry inventory for immediate shipment?
Yes, we carry conventional pallet rack, cantilever rack, and pallet rack accessories. All our quick ship stock inventory is available for immediate shipment. View our quick ship inventory here.
What is your lead time?
Quick ship inventory can be ready for pickup in 72 hours or less. Custom orders require 16-20 weeks. Lead time is dependent on raw material availability, product complexity, and transit time.
Do you offer shipping?
No. We request that our customers arrange their own freight from our warehouse facility. We will assist in loading the material onto a truck. We can load flatbed and dry van trailers.
Can you provide custom pallet rack products?
Yes. We can provide tailored pallet rack solutions. Lead time to deliver custom products is generally 16 to 20 weeks.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are produced in Vietnam and China. Our international supplier partners adhere to the strictest standards for quality and safety.
Do you provide installation services?
At this time, we do not provide installation services. For technical support related to installation, please contact a member of our sales team.
