What is quick-ship cantilever racking and what's included?

Quick-ship means we hold real inventory of the arm lengths, column heights, and base configurations most commonly ordered across the Midwest Division's service area — not that everything ships instantly. What's included:

• Standard indoor and covered-yard column/base assemblies in common heights
• Standard arm lengths from 4 ft to 8 ft in typical capacity ratings
• Standard indoor coating and standard galvanized outdoor coating

What's excluded and follows normal lead times instead: custom outdoor yard systems requiring engineered frost footings, non-standard arm lengths or capacities, and oversized structural cantilever runs.

Can cantilever racking still be quick-shipped and installed during Minnesota winters?

This is where our program differs from a supplier just repeating a national "fast shipping" claim. Indoor and covered-yard installs proceed on the normal quick-ship timeline year-round — there's no frost or snow factor once you're under a roof. Open outdoor yard installs are a different story: footings need to go below the frost line, and frozen ground makes that excavation slower (sometimes requiring specialized equipment) while concrete cure time also runs longer in cold weather.

We'd rather tell you this upfront than promise a 72-hour outdoor install in January and miss it.

What cantilever configurations are kept in stock for the Midwest Division?
